These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of astroduty.com, operated by Astroduty, LLC (“Astroduty”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a New Jersey limited liability company with its office at 1330 E Kings Highway, Maple Shade, NJ 08052, operating as a motor carrier under USDOT 4305466 and MC-1677406. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this website
This site provides general information about our trucking and freight services and gives you a way to reach us. Content on the site is for information only and is not an offer, a quotation, a rate confirmation or a contract of carriage.
Quotes and bookings
- Submitting the quote form or emailing us does not create a booking and does not obligate either party. It starts a conversation.
- A load is only booked once we confirm it directly with you in writing, including the agreed rate, equipment, and pickup and delivery arrangements.
- Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the commodity, weight, dimensions, temperature requirement, accessorial needs or timing turn out to be different, the price and availability may change.
- Quotes are valid only for the period we state, and are subject to equipment availability at the time of booking.
Carriage terms
Freight we actually haul is governed by the transportation agreement, rate confirmation and bill of lading applicable to that shipment, together with any applicable federal and state transportation law. Where those documents conflict with anything on this website, those documents control.
Nothing on this website modifies, extends or waives any term of a signed transportation agreement, rate confirmation or bill of lading.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on this site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system or network.
